Industrial Design Searches
Our industrial design searches are designed to identify industrial designs either to determine the validity of a competitor’s industrial design or to provide information to your lawyer to help determine if a particular product is infringed by an industrial design.   Our industrial design searches may be useful in assessing whether a new design is sufficiently novel and original to be registered as an industrial design.  Our industrial design searches may also be used by your lawyer to provide infringement, validity or FTO opinions.
